If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), gives you certain rights regarding your personal information. This page explains those rights and how to exercise them.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Astrello does not sell or share personal information, as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA, and has not done so in the preceding 12 months. Because we do not sell or share personal information, no opt-out action is required.
Your Rights
Right to know — You may request details about the personal information we have collected about you, including the categories of information and the purposes for which it is used.
Right to delete — You may request that we delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain legal exceptions.
Right to correct — You may request that we correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
Right to limit use of sensitive personal information — You may direct us to limit the use of sensitive personal information to what is necessary to provide our services.
Right to non-discrimination — We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights.
How To Exercise Your Rights
To submit a request, email us at support@astrello.ai with the subject line "California Privacy Request" and a description of your request. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request, and will respond within the timeframe required by law.
Authorized Agent
You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may require proof of the agent's authorization and may still require you to verify your own identity directly with us.
